Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

How C.T.C Enterprises & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited collects, uses, protects and shares your personal data — and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

C.T.C Enterprises & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (“C.T.C”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and safeguard your personal data when you visit our website or interact with us, and describes your rights in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made thereunder.

For the purposes of the DPDP Act, C.T.C is the Data Fiduciary that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data, and you (the individual whose data we process) are the Data Principal. By providing your personal data to us, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to provide to us — primarily through our contact form. This includes:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company / organisation name (optional)
  • The contents of the message or enquiry you send us

Our website is a static site and does not require you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect financial data, government identifiers, or any special-category data through this website.

2. How we collect it

  • Directly from you, when you submit the contact form or email/call us.
  • Our contact form is delivered to us through a third-party email delivery service (EmailJS); the data you enter is transmitted to us via that service.
  • Our location map is embedded from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap directly, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data only for the following specified purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry, quotation request or consultation request.
  • To communicate with you about our services and your project.
  • To maintain a record of our correspondence with you.
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis — your consent

Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of the consentyou give us when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the contact form, or for the “certain legitimate uses” permitted under the Act. Your consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, and is limited to the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8); withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:

  • With trusted service providers (Data Processors) who act on our behalf, such as our email delivery provider, strictly to operate our contact channel.
  • With our group companies where required to service your request.
  • Where required by law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request by a government authority.

Some of our service providers may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When your data is no longer required, we will erase it, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

7. Security safeguards

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required under the DPDP Act.

8. Your rights as a Data Principal

Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities.
  • Correction & completion — request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as it was given.
  • Grievance redressal — have your grievances addressed by us in the first instance.
  • Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Grievance redressal

If you have any concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data, you may contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We will acknowledge and address your grievance within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children’s data

Our website and services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of any individual below 18 years of age without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as required under the DPDP Act. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

This is a static website and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as the OpenStreetMap map) may set its own cookies or receive your IP address when it loads; these are governed by the respective third party’s privacy policy.
